Company Profile

Tricon Group Pty Limited commenced operations in early 1996. The company has since developed into a respected contracting organisation. Tricon performs work either as a Head Contractor or as a specialist sub contractor. As a sub contractor Tricon specialises in the coordination and erection of all interior fit-out work as well as various external works including, façade installation, glazing, formwork and concrete works. Tricon is also able to provide a complete array of office and retail furniture and joinery through a wholly owned group company called Workrite Systems Pty Ltd.

Tricon prides itself on the high levels of client satisfaction. In order to maintain our reputation with clients, Tricon adopts a co-operative relationship by ensuring that there are open channels of communication. As a result, the company has managed to establish blue-chip clientele which include Bovis Lend Lease, Westfield Design and Construction, Royal & Sun Alliance, Shimizu Corporation, McDonald's Australia, Kawaski, Jones Lang Laselle, Knight Frank, Commonwealth Bank, KFC, MLC, Grocon, Cameron Chisholm & Nicol and Nikko Securities. In addition, Tricon is registered by the NSW Department of Public Works and Services as a Prequalified Contractor.

The company is managed by Robert Criola and Rino Criola whom together have a wealth of experience in the construction and related industries. Tricon directly employs over 30 individuals which include estimators, supervisors, tradesmen and administrative personnel who combine to deliver various projects efficiently and on time. Tricon operates under an enterprise bargaining agreement that has been ratified by the CFMEU.

Tricon employs a quality management system which is certified to ISO9002 to ensure the delivery of the final product to the highest standards.
