Scope of Works: This project has involved the erection of ceilings, partitions, hoardings joinery, detailed metalwork, cement rendering, and concrete works. This demanding project has required flexibility in terms of both working hours and working environment whilst always ensuring attention to quality workmanship.

Scope of Works: The project involved refurbishing and extending the existing restaurant whilst allowing the store to continue trading throughout the construction process.

Scope of Works: The project involves the fit-out of tenancies including the installation of ceilings, partitions, joinery and refurbishment of toilet blocks as well as column cladding.

Scope of Works: This project involved the erection of ceilings, partitions, skirtings and window sills for 95 apartments.

Location: NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs

Scope of Works: The project involved performing the Head Contract role for the fit-out of the NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs office. This included the coordination and management of all trades including mechanical, electrical, partitions, joinery and painting. The partitions and joinery trades were performed directly by Tricon personnel.

Scope of Works: The project involved performing the works under Décor trade package. This included the coordination and management of flooring, detailed joinery, partitions, ceilings, feature walls and all furniture.

Scope of Works: The project involves the refurbishment of an existing retail and food court including demolition of existing tenancy and food court fixtures, supply and install structural steel and purlins to infill void, supply and install CFC flooring to void, construction of raised timber floor, supply, lay and polish timber flooring, construction of counter walls using structural steel frame / laminate finish with timber capping, extending existing counter walls, construction of new balustrade to raised flooring, supply and install timber tops, construct new steps and raised construct slabs and construction of block walls to tenancy.

Location: Westfield Eastgardens Shopping Centre, Pagewood

Value: $1,200,000

Scope of Works: The project involved the fit-out of Woolworths including theinstallation of ceilings, partitions, smoke plenums, Jarrah timber flooring and seating. The scope also includes the design, fabrication and installation of stainless steel cladding to escalators and travelators using a concealed fixing system.

Location: CMFEU Building Lidcombe for Long Service Payments Corporation

Scope of Works: The project involved performing the Head Contract role for the fit-out of the Long Serice Payments Corporation office within a shortened programme. This included the coordination and management of all trades including mechanical, electrical, partitions, joinery and painting. The partitions and joinery trades were performed directly by Tricon personnel.

Scope of Works: The scope of works included bulk demolition and excavation, construction of concrete upstands, hobs, slabs, and disable ramps, erection of suspended structural steel window heads, external glazed walls, internal frameless glass walls and roof, 23 sets of automatic sliding, bi-fold and panic break out doors, Alpolic column cladding, plasterboard and curved metal pan ceilings, doors and hardware, blockwork, roller shutters, curved stainless steel balustrades, detailed joinery and all painting works.

Scope of Works: This project involved the installation of metal pan ceilings, partitions, colourback glass and stainless steel, adjustable aluminium louvre walls, polyurethane and fabric feature wall panels, feature foam walls and perspex displays, painting, sliding glass doors and toughened glass pivot doors, aluminium window sills, ducted skirting, fixed glazing, hoardings and demolition.

Scope of Works: The project involved the erection of ceilings, partitions, feature curved fibrous plaster bulkheads, detailed metalwork, doors and hoardings, together with external works including CFC framing and cladding, roof guttering, aluminium louvres, glazed awnings, glazed sliding auto doors, and aluminium composite cladding to curved awning soffits, walls and columns.

Project Time: September 1998 - November 1999

Location: Fox Studios, Moore Park Sydney

Value: $2.4 million

Scope of Works: This project included the installation of compressed fibre cement sheeting to the façade of the Cineplex building and installation of plasterboard and ceilings to three buildings - Star Dressing Room, Sound Factory and Bart Simpson Building. The project also involved the supply and installation of doors, door hardware and masterkeying to the multi-level carpark. Miscellaneous works were also performed including the placement of concrete and the installation of perforated metal ceilings.
